At Playlist Record Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your vinyl or gear isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all merchandise is in its original, sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your records in their original mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to prevent warping or corner dings during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned media for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
