How do you package vinyl records for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened records?
We accept returns within 30 days for defective or warped vinyl. However, once the shrink-wrap is removed, we cannot accept returns for 'change of mind' or non-defective items.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How do you grade the condition of your used records?
We use the industry-standard Goldmine Grading Guide. Each used record is visually inspected and, in most cases, play-tested to ensure the grading (from Poor to Mint) is accurate.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, standard return policies apply.
